What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days from final artwork approval and deposit. Larger projects may vary slightly depending on size and complexity. If you're working with a deadline, let us know — we'll always communicate clearly and realistically.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We serve churches, camps, schools, and organizations all across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping or pickup. This allows us to secure garments, schedule press time, and guarantee your delivery window.
Can you handle large orders?
Absolutely! We regularly produce large-scale projects for camps, ministries, and organizations requiring 300-1,000+ garments with a minimum order Quantity of 24.
What artwork files do you accept?
We prefer vector files (.AI, EPS, PDF), but we can work with most high-resolution artwork. If your file needs adjustments, we'll guide you through it before production.
How does the ordering process work?
Submit your project details through our quote form and we'll reach out to you within 24 hours (unless its a Sunday) and well confirm your oder and collect a 50 percent deposit.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Priority production is available for select projects depending on schedule availability. Rush orders typically add $1 per garment. Contact us as early as possible so we can confirm capacity.
